The modern knowledge worker doesn't have a productivity problem. They have an attention problem.

Every time a robotics team swaps a sensor, shifts a mount or moves into a new building, someone has to re-tune its navigation by hand. That often takes one to four days per robot. Larger teams have whole departments for this, and one autonomous driving company we spoke to runs a 24-person sensor calibration team. The founders estimate that only around 200 people worldwide have deep experience combining inertial sensors with machine learning, and most of them work at Apple, Google, Meta, Qualcomm and Huawei.

변화를 위한 첫걸음은 과제를 정량화하는 것이다. 여성 창업자와 소수민족 출신 창업자에 대한 심층 연구는 진행되어 왔지만, LGBTQ+ 커뮤니티 출신 기술 창업자에 대한 데이터는 지금까지 존재하지 않았다.
