로잘린드(로스) 바자니(Rosalind (Ros) Bazany)는 앤틀러(Antler)의 파트너로, 헤지펀드, 자산운용, 벤처캐피털 분야에서 18년 이상의 경력을 쌓아왔습니다. 그녀는 블루크레스트 캐피털 매니지먼트(BlueCrest Capital Management)에서 경력을 시작했으며, 이후 슈로더(Schroders)에서 11년간 기관 및 자산관리 영업 업무를 담당했습니다. 2021년 앤틀러에 합류한 이후, 그녀는 회사의 글로벌 펀드 플랫폼 전반에 걸쳐 지속가능성 업무, 투자자 관계 인프라, 리서치 프로그램을 구축해 왔습니다. 로즈는 '벤처 캐피털 저널(Venture Capital Journal)'이 선정한 '40세 미만 유망주 40인(2023년)'과 PEI 그룹의 '사모 시장 영향력 있는 여성(2024년)'에 이름을 올렸으며, 노바타(Novata)의 이사회 멤버로 활동하고 있습니다.
