Michael leads Antler Australia's portfolio management, post-investment program and investor relations, and has been a member of the Investment Committee since July 2024. He coaches Antler's founders on growth strategy and fundraising execution throughout their company-building and international expansion journey.

Former Co-founder of CEP.Energy, which raised over A$200 million, bringing extensive founder experience, capital markets expertise and a strong enterprise network. Previously a strategy consultant and Director at Nous Group, where he led the firm's expansion into three new markets and two new business offerings. He is also a former lawyer, holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School, and has Bachelor's degrees in Law and Engineering from the University of Melbourne.
