Prince Daniel is passionate about entrepreneurship and has in fact started his own initiative, Prince Daniel's Fellowship, to inspire young people to become entrepreneurs and to support ambitious founders in growing their businesses. This is why the Prince came to visit Antler, to learn more about one of the key players in the Swedish, startup ecosystem. Here is what happened during the Prince's visit.
Prince Daniel came to Antler to learn more about how the global startup generator operates to help build the next wave of tech and their mission to turn exceptional individuals into great founders of successful companies. Prince Daniel not only got to see the office where the action happens, situated on the 12th floor of WeWork in central Stockholm, but the Prince also listened in on business idea pitches.
Only three weeks into the second Stockholm program, many teams have already tracked out and started developing their ideas. Two lucky teams got to pitch their ideas directly to the Prince, WantABaby who are building a platform to improve the fertility journey, and WorqMate, with the vision to unleash growth and innovation by increasing the well-being of millions of employees.
These teams were formed in the program less than two weeks ago but has already come far in terms of ideation, validation and even some traction. Prince Daniel offered valuable, hands-on feedback to the co-founders that will be useful to enhance the chances of building successful companies within the areas of femtech and healthtech.
Ultimately, the visit was a great success with valuable knowledge exchanged. Prince Daniel of Sweden both got to know Antler better, that is now to be considered as a key player in the Swedish startup ecosystem, as well as the founders in the cohort who are ready to build the companies of tomorrow by solving the problems that we are facing today.
Thank you for visiting us, Prince Daniel!
